Order Processing

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed and processed the next day. Orders will be shipped within 1 – 3 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays).

Tokyo Organic holds the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

International Shipping

We apologies as we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of Malaysia through our website due to frequent change rate of the courier of each country. Instead we can offer you to make purchases by ordering manually from us. We will check the best current rate option to ship in your location. Kindly contact our customer service to make your purchase.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday).

Please note that if your order was placed on the weekend, it will be processed the following week.
After processing, orders may take up to 3-8 working days to be delivered via PosLaju or DHL or Pgeon.

Shipping Coverage

We do not ship to P.O. Box address and Felda area. However, if you wish to buy our product, kindly try to purchase via our Shopee store (the only option that we have to solve logistics issues in that particular area).

Standard delivery

The postage cost depends on the weight of the parcel. For the first 500g, we are charging as per below:

West Malaysia
Shipping cost: RM 8
Duration: 3 – 7 business days

East Malaysia
Shipping cost: RM 16
Duration: 5 – 10 business days

Additional charge may incur if exceeded the actual weight according to the courier service rate. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Shipping also may take additional time during promotional periods and holidays.
