Postage fee is depending on the weight of the parcel. Standard postage fee is RM8 (SM) and RM18 (SS). (Standard Postage fee may change from time to time if there is an increase in courier service rate)
The courier services used by HQ are Pos Laju, DHL and Pgeon. You may choose your preferred courier service of these 3 options.
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed the next day. Your parcel will be sent to the courier service center within 1-3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
After placing your order, you will receive a web confirmation and also an email confirmation

If you are located outside of Malaysia, the only option we currently offer is by purchasing manually from us as the rates charged by the courier for each country change frequently. Kindly contact our customer service for assistance.

No. You still need to apply sunblock/sunscreen to protect the skin from harmful UV rays because Tokyo Organic products do not contain UV Protection.

With consistent use, Tokyo Organic products can help in fading the freckles however it is recommended to apply sunblock/sunscreen in order to stop UV radiation from causing new freckles. It takes time to fade the freckles and depends on how the product is applied. A consistent application will show effects as early as 6 months of use.
